SUBSEQUENT EVENTS |
Note 10 – Subsequent Events Management has evaluated subsequent events to determine if events or transactions occurring through the date on which the condensed financial statements were issued require adjustment or disclosure in the Company’s condensed financial statements. Subsequent to March 31, 2021, the Company granted options to purchase up to an aggregate of 6,222,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The options were issued at an exercise prices of either $1.35 or $1.38 per share with terms of 10 years and vesting periods ranging from approximately three to four years. Subsequent to March 31, 2021, options to purchase an aggregate of 1,211,250 shares of the Company’s common stock were forfeited and returned to the option pool for future issuance. |
